Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Card Deactivation Policy (“Policy”) is an addendum to the Sheger Cards Privacy Policy and explains our policy regarding the deactivation of virtual Visa and Master cards and the associated refund procedures.

1. Card Deactivation due to Inactivity

1.1. Inactivity Period

At Sheger Cards, we reserve the right to deactivate virtual Visa and Master cards if they remain inactive for a continuous period of 30 days or more. Inactivity is defined as the absence of any transaction, including purchases or balance inquiries, during this period.

1.2. Deactivation Process

Upon detecting an inactive virtual card, Sheger Cards may take the following actions:

• Card Deactivation: The inactive virtual card may be deactivated, rendering it unusable for any further transactions.
• Notification: We will attempt to notify you via email at least 7 days prior to deactivation to provide you with an opportunity to prevent deactivation by using the card for a transaction.

2. Refund Policy for Deactivated Cards

2.1. No Refund for Card Deactivation due to Inactivity

Please note that if your virtual Visa or Master card is deactivated due to inactivity, no refund will be issued for the balance remaining on the card. This policy is in effect to help ensure the security of your funds and protect against unauthorized use of inactive cards.

2.2. Refunds for Active Cards

Refund requests for active cards that have not been deactivated due to inactivity will be processed according to our standard refund policy, as outlined in our Sheger Cards Terms of Service.

3. Reactivation of Deactivated Cards

If your virtual Visa or Master card has been deactivated due to inactivity, you may contact our customer support to inquire about the possibility of reactivating the card. Reactivation may be subject to additional terms and fees.
